INTRODUCTION
Mr. Khue is the latest addition to the IBPRO Vietnam team. He was admitted to the degree of Bachelor of Law with honours at the the University of Hull. His appreciation and dedication towards legal theories led him to take a Master Degree at La Trobe University, where his main focus was Comparative Legal Traditions and Research, on his pursuit of academia.
During his time in Vietnam, Khue also had a chance to work with Mayer Brown JSM, where he had an opportunity to observe and involve in practical legal works at top level. He also finished the Lawyer Training Course at Vietnam Judicial Academy and competed in the Debate contest hosted by the Academy in 2016, where he earned and Individual award. Khue’s academic achievements and proficiency in English greatly contributed to the team both academically – by legal theory advisory and practically – when handling cases with foreign elements.

REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS
Helped a foreign-invested bank in Vietnam to resolve queries regarding foreign exchange and offshore/onshore bank account under a supervised environment;
Advised a client on a settlement of overseas agreement between client and former partner over endeavor money in exchange for non-petition agreement;
Advised a Korean-invested enterprise on the establishment of its educational institution;
Advised a foreign-invested enterprise on the extension of its international school project term;
Advised on consortium and sub-contractor issues under construction law and public procurement law for a solar energy project in Vietnam.
