INTRODUCTION
Lawyer Nguyen Ngoc Khiem has nearly 20 years of experience in corporate consultancy, corporate restructuring, M&A and real estate transactions. Lawyer Khiem has involved in litigation of criminal, civil and commercial cases at the Court and Arbitration Centre. By understanding the clients’ demand as well as the business environment in Vietnam, Lawyer Khiem has always achieved client satisfaction for his quality service.
Apart from his role as a lawyer, Lawyer Khiem is also a visiting lecturer at the Vietnam Judicial Academy (JA) and Hanoi Law University ever since 2016.
